A client shall forward a valid binding purchase order associated with a valid binding DigiPath quote. Once purchase order is received, DigiPath shall forward an invoice. Client shall pay deposit as stated on purchase order, and associated quote. DigiPath shall deliver order, install solution, and train end user, and then the 14 day acceptance period shall commence. DigiPath shall PathGuarantee™ applies during the DigiPath 14 day acceptance period. During this time, clients will evaluate PathScope’s the image quality, scan time, and rescan rate. Rescan rate shall not exceed 10%, and scan time shall not exceed 2.5 minutes for 15mm x 15mm sample. If the client is satisfied with the DigiPath solution by achieving 10% rescan rate and 2.5 minutes for 15mm x 15mm sample, the client will pay remaining balance on associated purchase order. If the client is not satisfied as not achieving 10% rescan rate and 2.5 minutes for 15mm x 15mm sample, the DigiPath solution will be returned, and all deposit funds will be returned.
